United States Shipping

We proudly offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders delivered within the United States.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Processing: 1–2 business days

  • Shipping: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, holidays, or carrier delays.

International Shipping

We ship to customers worldwide.

  • Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your destination and selected shipping method.

  • Estimated international delivery time is 7–21 business days, depending on the destination country and customs processing.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by their local authorities.

Order Tracking

After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. VisaIDs is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided during checkout.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

While we work with trusted shipping carriers, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. For damaged shipments, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the package and product so we can assist you promptly.
